Criterion Barrels Inc. Sponsors Dynamic Shooting Sports 2-Gun Series

Dynamic Shooting Sports LLC and Criterion Barrels have partnered to offer a 2-Gun Series hosted at the Dynamic Shooting Sports range facility in Deerfield, OH.

These 2-gun matches focus on the use of rifle (carbine) and a pistol in a dynamic practical shooting environment. The 2-gun series in 2018 will consist of a minimum of 3 matches for this season: March 10th, June 9th and November 10.

Matches will consist of 4-5 Stages. Round count should be no more than 100 pistol and rifles rounds, but Dynamic Shooting Sports (DSS) always recommends that you bring extra. DSS will utilize rules and scoring provided by the UML and will recognize the following divisions:

The scoring for the Criterion Barrels 2-Gun Series will be based on the UML’s time-plus-point method. At the end of the season DSS will tally up the points for each shooter for all the series matches he/she has participated in. The shooter with the highest amount of points will be declared the winner.

Criterion Barrels Inc has provided DSS with certificate for discounts on our barrels. These certificates will be raffled off to the division winners. There must be a minimum average of 5 shooters in a division per match for a division winner to be eligible for the raffle.

DSS will also be setting aside a portion of every match fee to build a cash prize pool for the top finishers. Comped match fees will not accumulate in the total prize pool. For every $50 that is set aside for a division, DSS will pay out 1 place. Here is what the cash prizes (per division) will look like:
