The 6.5 Grendel version of the JP EnhancedBolt™ is compatible with any AR-15 platform using a Mil-spec bolt carrier and 6.5 Grendel sub-components. This is a Type II bolt assembly and conforms to current SAAMI specifications for the 6.5 Grendel cartridge.
The 6.8 SPC II/.224 Valkyrie version of the JP EnhancedBolt™ is compatible with any AR-15 platform using a mil-spec bolt carrier and 6.8 SPC II or .224 Valkyrie sub-components. This bolt comes assembled with the same JP-designed extractor used on their 6.5 Grendel bolt.
This bolt assembly is machined from the correct mil-spec Carpenter No. 158® steel, shot peened for increased strength, includes tool steel machined extractor and ejector, BCM Extractor Spring, and is HPT (High Pressure Tested) and MPI (Magnetic Particle Inspected).
