Description
Striking a solid balance between the Hybrid and Government profiles, these Midwest Industries 18″ Lightweight profiled barrels are perfect for 3-Gun and lightweight SPR rifle builds.
Uniformity of the bore, groove, twist, and hand lapped finish improve the accuracy potential of each match quality barrel. These barrels will accept both .223 Remington and 5.56 NATO ammunition. Also included is an M4 barrel extension. Chambers are finished, but barrels should be headspaced and installed by a qualified gunsmith.

Superb barrel. Iron sight zeroed at 50 yards using Magpul Pro MBUIS with KNS globe post and shot a 1/2 inch group using Federal 55 gr M193. FIred a confirming cold shot 1/2 inch group the next day. Can’t wait for my optic riser to come in to really wring this beautiful set-up out. Kudos to Criterion and Midwest Industies to offer this fantastic, lightweight, and accurate barreled upper which have made this geezer a much better rifleman than heretofore believed possible.
