Our Custom Barrel Blank Configurator allows you to build the perfect barrel for your next rifle build. Pair a caliber option – ranging from .20 to .338 – with a proven twist to suit a wide range of applications. Customize your length and select from an industry standard contour or create the profile you have always envisioned.
Our Stainless Steel barrel blanks are machined from meticulously inspected high-grade ordnance steel to exacting tolerances. Each barrel blank is honed and hand lapped to a pristine finish- paramount for accuracy and crucial to minimize copper fouling. The rifling is remarkably uniform in bore diameter, groove diameter, and rate of twist from the breech to muzzle. The profiles are polished and free of machining marks—ready to be threaded, chambered and crowned by your gunsmith.
